Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your lesson, the full payment will be forfeited and we won’t be able to reschedule.

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we’re happy to reschedule your lesson within the same term, subject to availability.
Please note: we do not offer refunds or carry lessons over into the next term.
